About me:

I’m a holistic PT dedicated to elevating the profession’s standard of care. I provide the most effective, enjoyable, and educational care experience you can find.

I believe injury is multifactorial, and people heal better when they understand and honor their body while sustainably improving their physical capacity.

My core values are community and integrity.

Outside of work, I can be found running around Green Lake, spending time with my wife and cats, lifting weights, pleasure reading, and noodling on guitar.

I love volunteering at local area running events.

PT with me:

My approach is best characterized as thorough, holistic, and collaborative (my patients’ words, not mine). I look at the whole body, determine the source of the issue, and develop a plan to address all restrictions, limitations, and movement dysfunctions. Put another way, I see the whole picture of an individual’s movement and how to maximize function while alleviating pain.

A course of care with me includes extensive education to ensure that you best understand your body and physical sensations. Patients who work with me report greater appreciation and understanding of their body and how to avoid injury moving forward.

I’m committed to maintaining a one-to-one model of care. That means you get me for the full session. No handoffs. Consistent reassessment. Superior care.
